Longmoor Security - Protect Ancient Temple in India!

New Consultancy Contract Award

Longmoor Security Ltd ("Longmoor" or the "Company"), the specialist provider of high quality security personnel, risk evaluation services and close protection training for high profile personnel and assets is pleased to announce that it has secured a new contract to provide specialist consultants to undertake a risk assessment and security survey to one of India's oldest and most revered temples.

Longmoor is a specialist division of AIM listed Westminster Group Plc, the supplier of systems solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide.

Following the recent Mumbai attack numerous potential targets in India and around the world are being assessed for target hardening. In such cases it is vital that the initial security assessments and consultancy are undertaken with specialists with not only a deep understanding of the potential threats and means of attack but also an extensive knowledge of the most effective countermeasures available.

Longmoor, as part of the Westminster group of companies, with its broad portfolio of solutions and widespread international reach, is ideally placed to undertake such assignments and the Company's specialists are recognised as experts in their field.

Longmoor was approached in early January to provide an urgent consultancy assignment to protect this hugely important and sacred site, which is an important pilgrimage destination in India. Longmoor was able to mobilise within hours and organised a team to be on the ground within days.

The contract will be completed within one month with further assignments likely to follow.
