Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been notified that the Company's CEO, CFO, and the Company Secretary, have purchased, in aggregate, 2,136,917 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'):
