DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS

Wren Homes Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of retirement living, through a range of Extra Care and other services for the independent elderly, announces that on 13 October 2009, Paul Treadaway, the Chief Executive of Wren Homes, acquired 161,673 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.0 pence per share and that James Butterfield, Director and Company Secretary acquired 161,673 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.0 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Paul Treadaway now holds 10,651,686 shares and James Butterfield holds 161,673 shares representing respectively approximately 20.3 per cent and 0.3 per cent of Wren's issued share capital.

The Company is also pleased to announce that on 13 October 2009, Mike O'Donnell, Wren's new and recently appointed Finance Director (appointment announced 07.10.09) acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.0 pence per share, which represents his total holding.
