Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimization solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces that it has been notified that David Lis, Non-Executive Chairman has on 11 April 2025 undertaken a "Bed and ISA" transaction through the sale of 48,884 Windar ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41p per share and has subsequently acquired 48,775 Ordinary Shares, also at 41p, through his ISA. In addition his wife, Mrs Patrica Lis, has on 11 April 2025 sold 48,775 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41p per share and subsequently acquired 48,666 Ordinary Shares at 41p through her ISA.
Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Lis' total beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,020,564 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
