Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs

Mr P C T Warner, Chairman of the Company, received 884 Ordinary shares, and Mr R W Game, a Director of the Company, received 886 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 28.25p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr P C T Warner purchased 442 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 442 shares were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr R W Game purchased 443 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 443 shares were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. The shares purchased were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the Award. The shares received represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Directors' other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.

Mr V B Vaghela, a PDMR of the Company, received 884 Ordinary shares and Ms S Harries and Mr S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each received 886 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 28.25p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr V B Vaghela purchased 442 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 442 shares were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Ms S Harries and Mr S Wigzell each purchased 443 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 443 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares purchased were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.
