Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs
MrΒ P C T Warner, ChairmanΒ of the Company, purchased 584 Ordinary sharesΒ in the CompanyΒ on 30thΒ JuneΒ 2009Β atΒ 42.79p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP").Β Β MrΒ P C T WarnerΒ purchased 292Β of his shares as Partnership Shares and 292Β shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP.Β Β All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.Β Β The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001Β per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Messrs D J Lanchester andΒ V B Vaghela, PDMRs ofΒ the Company, each purchased 584Β Ordinary sharesΒ in the CompanyΒ on 30thΒ June 2009 at 42.79p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP").Β Β Messrs D J LanchesterΒ andΒ V B VaghelaΒ purchased 292Β of their shares as Partnership Shares and 292Β shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP.Β Β All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.Β Β The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase.
