6th June 2013 UTV Media plc Directors' Dealings UTV Media plc (the "Company") announces that three directors of the Companyhave acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") byexercising share awards granted to them on 30 March 2010 under the PerformanceShare Plan 2006. These share awards vested on 31 March 2013 and were exercisedon 31 May 2013, together with the transfer of the number of Shares equivalentto the accrued dividend payable on such Shares for the three year period ofsuch awards. These share awards are over existing Shares in issue held byAppleby Jersey Trust Limited as trustee of the UTV Media plc Employee BenefitTrust.
