UTV Media plc (the "Company") was notified that on 6th June 2011 its Group Finance Director, Mr Norman McKeown, acquired a beneficial interest in 66,934 ordinary shares in the Company following the purchase in the London market of those shares, at a price of £1.29 per share.
Following such purchase, Mr McKeown is beneficially interested in 142,504 ordinary shares in the Company.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the Company's obligations under DTR
3.1.4R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.5R.
