Results of General Meeting
Further to the announcements of 29 May 2012 and 13 June 2012 regarding a placing of A$5 million to Resource Capital Fund V and Traxys Projects LP, the Directors of Wolf Minerals Limited are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of Members held on 16 July 2012, all resolutions put to the meeting were passed unanimously by a show of hands.
