Wolf Minerals Limited (AIM: WLFE), has today issued to an entity closely associated to Mr Ronnie Beevor, Non-Executive Director 81,081 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of fees at a rate of A$ 0.0740 per Ordinary Share under the Wolf Minerals Limited Directors' Share Plan as approved by shareholders on 28 November 2017.
