Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Specialty metals exploration and development company, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: "WLF", AIM: "WLFE") ("Wolf" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald (Ronnie) Hugh Beevor (66) as an independent Non-Executive Director of Wolf effective today.

Ronnie has significant experience in working with companies in a similar position to Wolf, transitioning from exploration and development to construction and production. Ronnie has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, including being the Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited between 1997 and 2002.

During his career, Ronnie has had an extensive involvement in the natural resources industry, both in Australia and internationally. He is a Director of Ampella Mining Limited, Bullabulling Gold Limited, Unity Mining Limited and Chairman of Bannerman Resources Limited and EMED Mining Public Limited. Ronnie has an Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University in the UK and qualified as a chartered accountant in London in 1972. Mr Beevor is the beneficial owner of 100,000 shares in Wolf, representing 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
