Director Declaration

New directorship notification under Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2) Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") announces that Rosie Shapland, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Workspace, has notified the Company that she will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of SThree plc and a member of their Audit and Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees with effect from 27 November 2025. It is expected that Rosie will assume the role of Chair of their Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 1 January 2026.
