Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), the UK's leading developer and manager of residential for rent with a focus on the build to rent and purpose built student accommodation sectors, announces that it was today notified that Simon Laffin (via his wife), Non-Executive Director, bought 52,749 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 July 2020 at a price of 142.09 pence per share.
Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Simon Laffin together with wife, now holds 152,749 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
