Watkin Jones plc (AIM: WJG) announces that it has been informed that on 19 July 2023, Alan Giddins, Non-Executive Chair, bought 416,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 46.65 pence per share.
Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Alan Giddins holds 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
