Mastercard Facility Amendment

Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, refers to its announcement of 12 August 2020 regarding the €25M Mastercard Facility between Mastercard and HomeSend and advises that the term of the Mastercard Facility has been extended to 31 March 2021.
There have been no other changes to the Mastercard Facility.
