WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 15%

LOAD FACTOR INCREASES 1.9 PPTS TO 94%

Geneva, 6 November 2018: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for October 2018.

In October 2018, Wizz Air continued to improve its operations and customer offering with the following announcements:

· Permission received from the UK Secretary of State for Transport for Wizz Air UK Limited to be granted a UK route licence, which was issued in October 2018, future-proofing the status of Wizz Air UK Limited as a British airline, regardless of the outcome of the negotiations and therefore will enable the Group to continue flying from the UK to non-EU countries following Brexit.

· Wizz Air introduced a new transparent baggage policy aimed at easing the boarding experience for customers and decreasing baggage-related delays for all Wizz Air flights.

· Operational performance significantly improved in October with on-time performance at 83% and only 12 flights cancelled in October.

· Wizz Air was awarded the highest 7-star safety ranking from the world's only one-stop airline safety and product rating agency AirlineRatings.com
