Geneva, 19 March 2021, Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") announces that it has been notified of certain transactions relating to the shares of the Company undertaken by Indigo Hungary LP and Indigo Maple Hill, L.P., persons closely associated with William A. Franke, the Chairman of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 ("EU MAR") and Article 19 of EU MAR as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
