WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 30%,

LOAD FACTOR INCREASES 3.6 PPTS TO 90%

Geneva, 3 May 2017: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for April 2017.

In April 2017, Wizz Air continued to expand its network and operations with the following announcements:

· Route network expansion with three new routes announced to/from Hungary (1), Poland (1), and Slovakia (1).

· Base expansion with the deployment of a second Airbus A320 aircraft to Tuzla in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

· Network expansion to 140 airports and 42 countries with the announcement of two new routes to/from Astana in Kazakhstan and Agadir in Morocco.

· Delivery of one brand new Airbus A321 aircraft taking the fleet to 80 aircraft.
