Application for Listing Notice

Geneva, 20 May 2022: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") today announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 201,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") to be admitted to premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be effective on 23 May 2022.

All of 201,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with the Company's Employee Share Plan:

i) 2019 Long-term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") covering 201,000 Shares.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary Shares.
