Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Briers, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Wise plc ("Wise"), was recently involved in a bicycle accident and is now recovering at home. To ensure Matthew's recovery is complete, his return to work will be gradual.

Kingsley Kemish, currently Wise's Finance Director, will report directly to Kristo Käärmann (Wise co-founder and CEO) in the role of Interim CFO for Wise until Matthew's recovery and return to work are complete.

Kristo Käärmann said: "We all wish Matt a speedy recovery and my thanks go to Kingsley for stepping into this interim role. Kingsley's experience and knowledge of Wise will provide continuity for us as we continue to grow and deliver on our mission."
