DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed that Justin Apthorp has transferred 300,000 ordinary shares to his wife, Susan Helen Simpson Apthorp on 3 July 2018. In addition, Mr Apthorp has received 400,000 ordinary shares from the estate of his mother, Jane Frances Apthorp, on 4 July 2018.
Both transfers were "off market" with no consideration
Following these transfers Mr Apthorp's beneficial interest (including shares held in his wife's name) in the Company is 700,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
