Appointment of Company Secretary
Majestic Wine PLC announces it has appointed Alex Iapichino as General Counsel & Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Alex is a dual-qualified lawyer (Solicitor in England & Wales and Avvocato in Italy) and has over 18 years of legal experience. He previously held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Delta Partners FZ LLC, General Counsel of Aabar Investments PJS and Legal Adviser at Bunzl plc.
As a result of this appointment James Crawford, Group Chief Financial Officer, will no longer be acting as Company Secretary, a position he has held since joining the Group in 2015. There are no other changes to James' role.
