Disposal of 800,000 shares held in Treasury

Wilmington Group plc announces that in response to market demand for its shares 800,000 ordinary shares have been sold out of Treasury at 130p per share. The proceeds will be used to reduce debt levels further.
Following the disposal of shares out of Treasury, the Company confirms that its issued share capital comprises 84,961,137 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (excluding shares held in Treasury). The Company now holds 1,142,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
