As announced on 29 September 2023, 823,568 ordinary shares of 5p were issued in respect of the Wilmington plc 2017 Performance Share Plan to employees and former employees. These shares were admitted to trading on the Main Market on 2 October 2023. In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, details of Vested Shares to PDMRs are set out below:
