Ireland Group PLC22 December 2006 WH Ireland Group plc Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, WH Ireland Group plc ("WHIreland" or "the Company") confirms that, as at the date of this notice, itsordinary share capital comprises 16,240,319 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 60,327 of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of votingrights in the Company is therefore 16,179,992. The above figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of WHIreland under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
