W.H. Ireland Group PLC02 March 2007 W.H. Ireland Group plc Proposed Dividend Timetable Further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year to 30November 2006, W. H. Ireland is please to announce the timetable for theproposed payment of the final dividend of 3p. As previously announced, W.H.Ireland is once again offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative inrespect of the final dividend. Expected Timetable of Events 2007Shares quoted "ex dividend" 7th MarchRecord date 9th MarchPosting of forms of election to receive scrip dividend 19th MarchFinal date for receipt of forms of election 13th AprilPayment date 27th April It is anticipated that further details of the scrip dividend alternative will be sent to shareholders in line with the timetable set out above.
