Private Wealth Management operational changes

Further to the announcement of 2 June 2016, the Company confirms it has successfully completed the custody and operational outsourcing of its Private Wealth Management back office functions to SEI Investments (Europe) Limited.

A new middle office function has been created based out of the London and Manchester offices. (As previously announced, the Company's Manchester Wealth Management and Wealth Planning presence will be unaffected by this change.)

Richard Killingbeck, CEO of WH Ireland, stated:
