("WH Ireland" or the "Company")

Issue of Options

WH Ireland confirms today that it has issued options over 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, to Stephen Ford, Executive director (elect) of the Company, and its Head of Private Wealth Management, pursuant to the terms of his contract of employment with the Company (the "Options").

The Options are being granted under the rules of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2017, have an exercise price of 49p and vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant; they can then be exercised at any time for a period of ten years. They remain, however, conditional on the continued employment of the recipient at the date of vesting.

In accordance with the agreement with Polygon Global Partners LLP ("Polygon"), announced on 17 October 2017, Polygon has consented to the issue of these share options.

Following the issue of the options set out in the table below, the total interest in shares and options held by Stephen Ford is:

*including 93,827 held by his wife.
