Accordingly, the Company has today issued 20,000 Ordinary Shares (the 'NewShares'). Application has been made to admit the New Shares to trading onAIM. Admission is expected to become effective 7 December 2016 and the NewShares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existingOrdinary Shares in issues. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules ('DTRs'), the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany following Admission will consist of 27,487,476 Ordinary Shares withvoting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share).
