General Update re Discussions

The Company confirms that, further to the announcement of 20 April 2020, the parties have agreed not to pursue discussions further.

Commenting, Phillip Wale said, "We would like to thank the Cantor team for working with us on this potential transaction, and whilst we are not progressing on a formal basis, we acknowledge the positive relationships we have built with both the team and the corporate clients and we hope to further develop these going forward.

Our Corporate & Institutional Broking division continues to make good progress in winning new corporate clients, as demonstrated by a number of new high profile appointments in recent weeks, and the WH Ireland Board remains alive to any further potential opportunities that may be presented such as this to supplement the group's organic growth strategy."
