Ireland Group PLC24 September 2007 WH Ireland Group plc (the "Company") Exercise of Share Options The Company has today issued 10,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at 70p per share, and 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5peach in the Company at 50p per share, pursuant to the exercise of options underthe Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the newOrdinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected tocommence on 26 September 2007. Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share capital of theCompany is 16,988,664 Ordinary Shares.
