Director's Shareholding
WH Ireland (the "Company") has received notification that on the 24th November 2009 the following directors bought ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
Rupert Lowe, Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 50 pence each. Following this purchase, Rupert Lowe has an interest in 687,356 Ordinary Shares representing 3.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Lord Marland, a Non- Executive Director of the Company, purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 50 pence each. Following this purchase, Lord Marland has an interest in 1,392,359 Ordinary Shares representing 6.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
