Director's Shareholding

WH Ireland has received notification that on the 20th May Lord Marland, a Non- Executive Director of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 72 pence each. Following this purchase, Lord Marland has an interest in 1,267,359 Ordinary Shares representing 6.07 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
