Statement Pursuant to Rule 2.8 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
The One Media Technology Corporation not proceeding with possible offer for Worldlink Group plc
On 3rd February 2012 Worldlink Group plc ("Worldlink") announced that it had been approached by The One Media Technology Corporation ("One Media") with a view to a possible offer for all of the outstanding share capital of Worldlink. The deadline for making a statement as to whether that approach would lead to either a firm intention to make an Offer or announce that One Media does not intend to make an Offer for Worldlink is 5pm on the 2nd March 2012.
The Directors of Worldlink announce that One Media have confirmed that they will not make the necessary offer within the required timetable and have withdrawn.
This announcement is made with the consent of the Directors of One Media.
