In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Weir Group PLC would like to notify the market of the following:

As at today's date, the Weir Group PLC's capital consists of 212,715,921 ordinary shares of 12.5p with voting rights. There are 2,213,974 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in The Weir Group PLC is 210,501,947.
