The Weir Group PLC ("Weir") announces the appointment of Calvin Collins to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the closing of Weir's proposed acquisition of ESCO Corporation ("ESCO"). His start date will be announced in due course.
Mr Collins has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of ESCO since 1 January 2012 and 1 January 2011 respectively. Prior to this, Mr Collins served in a variety of roles at ESCO since 2000.
Mr Collins' appointment follows the announcement of Weir's acquisition of ESCO on 19 April 2018.
There are no further details to be disclosed relating to Calvin Collins under section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
