2023 INTERIM DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES
On 22 August 2023, Woodside Energy Group Ltd (Woodside) declared a fully franked interim dividend of 80 US cents per share in respect of its half year ended 30 June 2023 (the Interim Dividend). As previously announced, the record date for the Interim Dividend was 1 September 2023 and the payment date is 28 September 2023.
Woodside dividends are determined and declared in US dollars.
The US cent currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is determined based on the foreign currency rates around the record date of 1 September 2022.
The amount payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is detailed below:
