Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 13 August 2013 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 46,030 ordinary shares (comprising 46,030 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 32.2p.
