WALKER CRIPS GROUP plc - DIRECTOR/PDMR Shareholding

Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 18th December 2009 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 27,275 ordinary shares (comprising 6,064 Partnership shares, 9,088 Matching shares and 12,123 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 51p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their December pay. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
