West Bromwich Building Society Permanent Interest Bearing Shares
On 22 July 2020 pursuant to a reverse enquiry, and having obtained relevant supervisory consent, West Bromwich Building Society has purchased and cancelled £1,044,000 of its remaining Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (ISIN: GB00B0CX2M20) (the PIBS). This will have an incremental positive impact on the Society's CET1 ratio as at 31 March 2020 of 0.03%.
Following the partial purchase and cancellation, £7,847,000 in aggregate nominal amount of the PIBS will remain outstanding.
