Move to SETSqx

Obtala Resources Limited (AIM:OBT), the African focused vertically integrated agricultural and forestry business, today announces changes to the platform on which its shares are traded. With effect from Monday 9 May 2016, trading in the Company's ordinary 1p shares will move to the London Stock Exchange's SETSqx platform. ISIN and SEDOL codes remain unchanged.

Miles Pelham, Chairman of Obtala commented, "As our business continues to grow, we are seeing significant interest from investors from outside of the UK. The move to SETSqx is important in this regard as our stock will be available on many more electronic platforms, specifically in the Far East and North America, and as such provide greater liquidity for the benefit of all shareholders. The ability of investors to use their electronic platforms of choice will allow them to more easily trade our shares and avail themselves of many more order types ".
