Closure of fundraising window for major shareholders
Further to the Company's announcement of 19 November 2024, Woodbois Limited (AIM: WBI), a leading company in the international timber industry, announces the closure of the recent fundraising window, for up to £200,000, specifically offered to two of our major shareholders. The window, which closed today at 16:30 hrs, was part of our ongoing efforts to engage and provide opportunities for our significant investors during this pivotal period of growth and transition.
We can confirm that no significant shareholder elected to participate in the financing. This initiative was opened with the intention to underline the Company's commitment to its major shareholders and to offer them the chance to further support the Company through this transformative phase. While the uptake of this offer was not as anticipated, the Company remains optimistic and looks forward to sharing positive updates in the near future. We are excited about the upcoming opportunities and the next phase of growth for Woodbois.
