Grant of options
The Directors of Qonnectis (AIM: QTI), the data monitoring service provider for utilities and users of energy and water, announces that on 29 January 2009 the Board approved the grant of options, over 1,500,000 of new ordinary shares in the Company of 1 pence each ("Shares"), to the Finance Director, Barbara Spurrier.
Barbara Spurrier has now been granted the options over 1,500,000 Shares representing 0.4 per cent of the current total issued share capital of the Company. These options may be exercised up until 24 February 2015. £1 consideration is payable in respect of the grant of options, by Barbara Spurrier to the Company. The option exercise price is 1 pence per Share.
Barbara Spurrier has no other interest in shares in the Company.
