WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, announces that on 3 October 2022 it awarded a total of 1,300,000 Stock Options ("Options") under the 2013 WANdisco plc US Equity Incentive Plan, including awards of options to the PDMRs shown below. All new Options were granted at 508p each.
