WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the Live Data company, announces that on 30 April 2019 it awarded a total of 118,213 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the 2013 WANdisco plc US Equity Incentive Plan, including awards of RSUs to the PDMRs shown below. All RSUs were granted at 10p each.
