Director Shareholding
WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the LiveData company, announces that further to the announcement of 11 November ("First Announcement") David Richards, Chairman and CEO of the Company, has today transferred the 350,000 ordinary shares to Equities First Holdings ("EFH") (the "Transferred Shares") referenced in the First Announcement, for a consideration (" Transfer Amount") which is based upon the average of the last sale price of the ordinary shares as reported on Bloomberg over the last three trading days being 320 pence per ordinary share.
Mr. Richards is required to repurchase the Transferred Shares in three years at the same Transfer Amount.
