The Company has been notified that on 25 April 2017, Conor Monaghan, the son of Karl Monaghan a non-executive director of WANdisco, sold 3,091 restricted Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at 400 pence per Share and at the same time his ISA purchased 3,091 Shares at a price of 401.1 pence per share. As a result the combined beneficial interest of Karl Monaghan, his wife and his son in the Company remains unchanged at 44,642 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.12% in aggregate of the Company's issued share capital of 37,448,224 Ordinary Shares.
