Non-executive director

The Board of WANdisco (AIM: WAND) is pleased to announce that William Grant Dollens (37) has been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Dollens is currently Managing Member at Global Frontier Investments, LLC, a US-based investment manager, and Portfolio Manager for Global Frontier Partners, LP, a shareholder in WANdisco.

Prior to founding Global Frontier Investments, Mr Dollens has worked for Ayer Capital Management, BA Venture Partners and Deutsche Bank. Mr Dollens also holds a Masters in Business Administration with majors in analytical finance, management & strategy, and accounting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BSE, biomedical engineering, from Duke University.

Mr Dollens holds 526,384 ordinary shares of ten pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 1.42 per cent of the ordinary share capital of the Company and Global Frontier holds 1,057,518 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.86 per cent of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Interim SVP of Finance

The Board is also pleased to announce that Erik E. Miller has rejoined the Company as interim SVP of Finance.
