1 November 2010 Walcom Group Limited ("Walcom" or "the Company") Death of Non-Executive Director
The board regretfully announces the death of Dr Roysten F. Drucker, a non-executive director of the Company, who passed away on 27 October 2010.
The directors do not intend to replace Dr Drucker at the current time, however, the board will continue to assess its ongoing requirements and make an appropriate appointment if necessary.
Eddie Kin Man Chan, Non-Executive Chairman commented:
"It is with sadness that we have to announce Roysten's passing, he made a valuable contribution to the Company and will be missed.
"Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time."
