16 July 2008 Walcom Group Limited ("Walcom" or the "Company") Issue of share options
The Company announces that it has today granted options over 1,760,000 ordinary shares to directors and employees of the Company. Of the 1,760,000 options granted, 1,200,000 options have been granted to directors of the Company as set out below:
Francis Chi (Chief Executive Officer) 400,000 Yong Chian Tan (Chief Executive Officer in the 400,000PRC) Albert S.F. Wong (Chief Financial Officer) 400,000
The options have been granted under the Company's Share Option Scheme for any director or employee of the group. The exercise price for all of the options granted is 11 pence per share, equivalent to the closing mid-market price on 15 July 2008. The options can be exercised at any time between 16 July 2009 and 16 July 2013.
